Nada Alshammari, Director, MAPP Nada Alshammari, Director

Interdisciplinary Communication & Applied Education Consultant

We teach, share, publicize, exhibit, document, design, make, create links, and share ideas — at the point where science, art, and education overlap.

MAPP was founded in 2011 as a social enterprise to drive innovation at the intersection of arts and sciences. For over 20 years we've led interdisciplinary projects that support youth education, gender empowerment, and science communication. Our work continues to open new paths for civic engagement and innovation. We invite you to connect and help shape a culture that inspires future generations.

Under the MAPP umbrella, we contribute to youth education and development through creative place-making and project-based engagement. Our projects are collaborations with media artists, teachers, technologists, engineers, and scientists — always not-for-profit, always reflecting relevance, inclusion, creativity, quality, leadership, collaboration, and sustainability.

Creativity

Art as a serious method of inquiry, not decoration.

Quality

Rigor in the science, craft in the storytelling.

Leadership

Building people who can carry ideas further than any one of us alone.

Collaboration

Scientists, artists, technologists, and educators — same table.

Sustainability
